These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Call Fix Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By booking a service with us, whether by phone, online, or any other means, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
We provide nationwide plumbing and drainage repair services to residential and commercial customers in the United Kingdom. All services are subject to availability and may be affected by weather, access limitations, or unforeseen operational constraints.
We operate a fixed callout charge policy. This charge will be confirmed with you at the time of booking and is payable regardless of whether any repair work is carried out. The fixed callout fee covers the cost of travel, inspection, and initial assessment of the issue.
Any estimates for repair work provided before inspection are based on the information you provide. Final quotations may vary depending on the actual conditions identified during the visit. You will be informed of any additional costs before work begins.
Payment is due at the time of booking a service, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major debit/credit cards.
You may cancel your service at any time by contacting us. However, please be aware that the fixed callout charge is non-refundable once a booking has been confirmed.
You agree to provide accurate information regarding the nature of your fault or repair requirement. You must ensure safe access to the premises and be present at the agreed time for service delivery. Failure to do so may result in additional charges.
While we take reasonable care in the provision of our services, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant service. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, industrial disputes, system failures, or public emergencies.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
