At Call Fix Ltd, we strive to provide clear, fair, and transparent terms for all our drainage and plumbing repair services. This Cancellation & Refunds Policy outlines your rights and our obligations when you book a service with us, including how cancellations and refunds are handled.
You may cancel your agreement during the 14 day cooling-off period provided that no service has been requested nor performed. To cancel, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible using the details provided in your agreement document.
Important: Once a service has been requested, or 14 days have passed since purchase, the fixed fee becomes non-refundable, even if you choose to cancel the agreement.
In rare cases, we may need to cancel a scheduled service due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather, access restrictions, or safety concerns. If this occurs, you will be informed immediately, and we will offer to reschedule your appointment or provide a full refund of any fees paid in advance.
Refunds for repair services may be considered under the following conditions:
The agreement was cancelled by the customer within 14 days of purchase and prior to any repairs being requested.
The company was unable to attend or deliver the service
A genuine billing error or overpayment occurred
The agreed fee is non-refundable once service has been requested and/or 14 days have passed, regardless of the outcome of the service.

Your full name and contact details
Date and time of your purchase (if applicable)
Reason for the refund request
Any supporting documentation (if applicable)
All refund requests are reviewed within 5–7 business days, and approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Refund requests to alternative sources will be denied. We are unable to send refunds via cheque.
